Where and how can I buy tickets?
You can buy tickets on our website in the program section, where you can pay online by card or bank transfer. You do not need to print the ticket afterwards, just show it on your phone at the entrance to the auditorium before the event.
Tickets can also be purchased directly at the Vzlet box office, which can be found in the Large Foyer on the first floor at Holandská 669/1, always 60 minutes before the start of the event. You can pay in cash or by card on the spot. If you need to pay for tickets via invoice, contact us at vstupenky@vzlet.cz. We will be happy to accommodate you.
How can I cancel or exchange a ticket?
If you need to cancel or exchange a ticket, please contact info@goout.cz and include our e-mail vstupenky@vzlet.cz in copy. If possible, we will be happy to accommodate you.
When is it possible to take a seat in the auditorium and are the seats numbered?
We'll let you in through a special audience entrance located to the left of Vzlet Café. This entrance is accessible from Holandská street, where you'll go up the stairs. On the first floor, you'll find a ticket office as well as a bar.
We always open 60 minutes before the start. If you want to meet your group earlier and enjoy a chat over a drink or coffee in a pleasant environment, you can visit Vzlet Café, from where you can also access the main hall.
For most cultural events at Vzlet, tickets are not tied to specific seats.
Is it possible to hold a corporate event in Vzlet?
If you want to prepare something special for your employees, no problem. Contact us and we will be happy to come up with an evening tailored to your requirements. Contact head of operations Emílie Formanová at emilie@vzlet.cz.
Do you offer discounts on tickets?
We offer discounts for children, students and individuals with special needs.
To apply for student and special needs discounts, we need to see your valid ID before entering the auditorium.
Art school students can obtain tickets for CZK 150 upon showing their student ID.
How do I get to Vzlet?
You can reach us by taking metro line A to the Náměstí Míru stop, then simply transfer to tram 22 or 13 and get off at the Vršovické náměstí stop, which is just a three-minute walk away.
If you are traveling by bus, get off at the Slovenská stop, which is a six-minute walk away.
If you are driving, you must pay for parking in the blue zone P10-0222 (although you'll miss the chance to try our excellent Vinohradská 11°, so think twice about that).
I am a person with special needs, how do I get to the show?
We offer barrier-free access and a lift platform. However, please inform us of your visit in advance so that we can provide precise instructions and arrange the seating accordingly. Please contact head of operations Emílie Formanová at emilie@vzlet.cz.
The large auditorium and toilets are wheelchair accessible.
